About Me

Hello! My name is Ms. Freeman and I am your child’s Grade 2 teacher this year. I am happy to be back in the classroom after an amazing summer and look forward to getting to know our new group of Grade 2 students. This is my 17th year of teaching at New Horizons and for the last 8 years I have been teaching Grade 2.  Prior to that I taught Kindergarten here.  I live in Sherwood Park with my husband, daughter, and our Bernese Mountain dog, Sadie.  I am very excited to teach your child and help them learn and grow this year!
